- BBC Beachfront Villla has one of the most stunning sunset views in Koh Samui. Depending on the time of year you can sit in the lounge or in the pool or in the bedrooms and be treated to a stunning sunset. Looking out over the bay you can see a miriad of boats passing by including small longtail fishing boats, slow ferries to Koh Phangan, large ferries and many pleasure boats. There are also the occasional planes coming into the aitport which is not far away. It can be noisy sometimes, but we got used to quickly ... or for many it is another interesting thing to look at while relaxing by the pool (the last plane is 10pm so not going to keep you awake all night).
